When a nuclear war ravages the earth, a group of wealthy businessmen and military officers partying in an old castle are spared. When they venture out into the nearest town in search of food and supplies, they discover that most of the residents have been blinded, and they soon learn of the existence of a sinister group known as The People Who Own The Dark.
